@ Jerusalem, Israel
In the Land of Israel, roses were grown in all days and times, for ornamental purposes, for religious worship, for spices, as well as for medical and cosmetic use, and even for cooking and drink preparation. In recent years, a number of new varieties have been introduced to Israel that are more precisely suited to the needs of the market and the local climate.
